How Do We
Submit Lists of Members, Changes to Membership or Monies?

Please send your list of members and
affiliation monies to:
Turley Publications; 24 Water St.; Palmer, MA 01069; Attn:
Corrina Warton. Changes to your membership list can be
emailed to Corrina at:
cwarton@turley.com.
If you are ADDING members, either send each new member’s
information with a check for $7.00, or collect a number of names
and submit them with a single check. HOWEVER, remember that
members of your organization DO NOT start receiving the Journal
until we have their mailing address.

When Are Monies
and Contracts Due For Renewing or Continuing Affiliations?
 |
f your affiliation contract is up for
renewal, the old contract expires on
December 31st unless other terms have been agreed to. (Our
standard contract period is two years.) You should receive a new
proposal and contract no later than December 1st, and it is due
back to the Journal by December 31st. (There is a grace period
of THREE months on your members’ subscriptions to ensure they do
not lapse, but if a new list is not received by March,
subscriptions will expire.) Please send contracts to:
Equine Journal; 103 Roxbury St.; Keene, NH 03431; Attn: Karen
Edwards. A new list of members and payment for the current
year is due to Corrina Warton at Turley Publications EACH YEAR
no later than
January 31st.

How Do We Make
Changes to Our Affiliation Coupon?
 |
Please send changes to your coupon to:
kedwards@equinejournal.com. If you cannot submit changes
over email, please call 1-800-742-9171 x102 or mail to: Equine
Journal; 103 Roxbury St.; Keene, NH 03431; Attn: Karen Edwards.
Changes will be made for the next available deadline. Please
note that deadline is approximately SIX WEEKS prior to the date
of publication. For example, the January deadline is November
25th.

When And To Whom
Do We Submit Monthly News?

Monthly news is always due by the 20th
of the month SIX WEEKS prior to publication. Your news for the
January issue is therefore due by November 20th. There is no
length limitation. You can submit news via email (either in the
body of the email or as an attachment), by fax, or submit a hard
copy through the mail. Please submit all news to:

How Do We Submit
Pictures?

Pictures can ALSO be submitted via
email. Please make sure pictures are sized at 300 DPI, sized at
4 X 6 or LARGER. Submit photos by email to:

affiliations advertising by placing an ad in an upcoming issue,

representative who handles your affiliation. For Region 16, this
