Let
the Countdown Begin... |
 |
In four weeks and
three days (can you tell we're eager?) one of the
most important tributes to the Arabian breed, the
Al-Marah Arabian Horse Galleries at the Kentucky
Horse Park in Lexington, Ky., will open to an
assembly of admirers–a contingent of devoted Arabian
horse fans who have waited patiently for a tribute
of this kind.

Help us to countdown these last few weeks to June
12, 2010 with an exclusive, only-for-AHA-members,
sneak-peek at the homestretch. Enjoy weekly snap
shots of the different exhibits during their
installation process and get a behind-the-scenes
look at how The Galleries come to life!

Visitors walk through a
desert "cave" at the museum entrance. Most exhibits
are fabricated
in panels, shipped on a semi, and then put together
like puzzle pieces in the museum
